Hi there! I'm Jenna Richards, an artist originally from Savannah, GA. I discovered my love for fashion at a young age, then began to teach myself to sew in middle school, making clothes for my American girl doll. I soon discovered the Junk 2 Funk Fashion Show at Savannah Arts Academy and knew immediately that I wanted to be a part of it. I auditioned and was accepted to Savannah Arts Academy, studying Visual Arts, and graduated in 2022 with a Fine Arts Diploma seal. There I got to design for the Junk 2 Funk fashion show for three years, as well as work with Dillard's in their Wine, Women, and Shoes charity show. I am currently attending the University of Georgia as a Fashion Merchandising major with a Studio Art minor, exploring the relationship between mathematics and art in the 3D form. Here I serve as not only a member, but also as an executive for UGA's Fashion Design Student Assocation. I look forward to further exploring my creative side and developing a stronger personal style through design.
